Recently, I completed 21 consecutive days of yoga at Hot House Yoga Studio. This is the third time I've completed this particular challenge, only this time I cataloged it. Every day for 21 days I did 60-90 minutes of yoga followed by a blog post that shared how the class affected me physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. My yoga practice has transformed my life in so many ways that a few blog posts isn't enough to truly convey the impact, but it's a start.
